  • Class Deans
  • Immigrant Rights Clinic
The Immigrant Rights Clinic ("IRC") at Washington & Lee School of Law has historically supported non-citizen students at the university. The IRC regularly assists DACA students with renewing their applications and work permits. Moreover, the Clinic has assisted students wishing to travel abroad to understand whether such a possibility exists. The IRC also regularly assists undocumented students and their families to gather information about whether there might be an avenue to regularize their status. The IRC does not represent students in their cases, but we serve as a key source of information. All conversations with the IRC are confidential and will not be shared - including the identity of the individual who sought out the conversation. We encourage students to reach out to Matthew Boaz with any questions they may have.
