Curriculum Vitae

Bryan Brockbank joined the Williams School in 2024. Prior to joining W&L, he was an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Oklahoma State University. He received his Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, his Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Bryan teaches courses in the area of financial accounting, including introductory accounting and various topics of intermediate accounting. Bryan’s current research interests are focused on financial disclosures, including how investors use non-GAAP disclosures to predict future earnings, recent FASB standards related to cloud computing and supplier financing, and issues related to accounting education. His work has been published in Accounting Horizons, Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance and Issues in Accounting Education.
