Traveller Airport Shuttle Service
A shuttle fee of $15 is charged for each trip. An additional $15 fee is added for any changes after your initial confirmation. All fees are processed through the Business Office on your student account. Please be aware of the following:
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled trip; failure to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee each way.
- To be guaranteed a seat, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before the requested shuttle trip.
- Reservations made less than 72 hours prior to the trip will result in a $25 late fee. Reservations made less than 24 hours prior to the trip may not be honored.
If you are returning to campus and need to reserve a shuttle, please use the form located HERE. We will group students arriving within a certain timeframe for pickups, so there may be a short wait at the airport for the shuttle. More information will be shared with you in your reservation confirmation letter.
When you are ready to depart campus for break or end of term, you can reserve a shuttle space by using the form located HERE. As indicated above, we will group students departing for the same airport within a certain timeframe together. More information will shared with you in your reservation confirmation letter.
