Partnering with Community: Co-education and Course Design

Want to learn about community organizations in Rockbridge County that support Community-Based Learning (CBL)?

Come meet representatives from Boxerwood Nature Center, Project Horizon, and the Rockbridge Area Community Services Board (CBS). These organizations have played a significant role in co-educating our students and have missions that span from sustainability and environmental conservation to women's issues, domestic violence, and health. Learn about these organizations and the myriad of ways they have meaningfully partnered with W&L faculty to make positive impacts in our community. Each community partner will present for about 10 minutes with time for follow-up questions and informal discussions.
