6th Annual Live Well W&L 5K Fun Run/Walk April 18, 2023 (rain date: April 20)
All W&L employees, spouses/partners, and retirees are invited to join us for a morning of fun!

Registration is FREE; all participants and volunteers receive a t-shirt. Register by March 15th and we'll guarantee your preferred t-shirt size.

Live Well W&L COUCH TO 5K Training Group
Join the 5K training group as we prepare for the 5K Fun Run/Walk. Engaging training sessions are led by Julie Tisone, RCHS cross country coach and running expert. All abilities welcome!
- March 6 - April 12
- Mondays & Wednesdays 12:10 - 12:50 p.m.
- Meet at Wilson Field
This program offers a great opportunity to build a running community and find people that run at your pace. Each session will start with a guided warm-up and instruction on building strength and agility. Workouts will be varied and customized to your experience level. Prizes will be given at the end of the series, so attend as many sessions as you can!

Live Well W&L SPRING TRAINING CONTEST for Runners & Walkers

Are you ready for the Live Well W&L 5K on April 18th? No? Then join the Live Well W&L 5K Spring Training contest.For two weeks leading up to the 5K, you can rack up steps (and miles) as you prepare ... PLUS earn tokens and a chance at winning one of the PRIZES!
Everyone who participates in the Spring Training contest and enters at least one 5K (3.1 miles) will receive one entry into the Spring Training Raffle.
Prizes: Five $125 gift certificates to Lex Running Shop!
