Holistic Advising A living document on the six phases of holistic advising (Disarm, Discover, Dream, Design, Deliver, Deeper Reflection), based on the work of Drs. Jenny Bloom and Amanda Propst-Cuevas and developed by W&L faculty and staff during a half-day session during Fall Academy, 2021. The hope is that we'll revisit this document periodically to revise and add additional advising tips.
