More than ever before, we are all aware of the importance of physical wellness. CampusRec encourages all members of our community — students, faculty, staff, alumni, family and friends — to find the ways to stay active that best suit their interests and lifestyle! We're proud to offer ample options to do so across campus, both indoors and out.

  • Intramurals allow for competitive and recreational play in sport leagues and single day tournaments that vary from the very traditional (basketball, soccer, etc) to the more creative (pool battleship! glow in the dark dodgeball!).
  • Club Sports encourages students who aren't quite ready to shelve their competitive careers to stay engaged in the sport of their choosing - whether that be tennis, skiing, rugby, archery, or the like - and compete against other schools with clubs in our area.
  • Group Exercise provides fitness classes for the W&L community taught by the W&L community. Almost all of this programming is on campus, making it easy for everyone to take a little time out of their day to move their bodies in some form or fashion.
  • And if organized activity isn't for you, we also have ample recreational equipment for folks to checkout - for free! - to use on their own time in their own way.
