3The average cost for all necessary expenses mentioned above does not include health insurance, travel costs, or fraternity/sorority membership. Charges for first-year students in 2024-2025 averaged $1,430 for fraternities and $430 for sororities. Faternity/Sorority Charges for upper-division students averaged $6,030 for fraternities and $1,350 for sororities, with housing and food charges adding approximately $4,290 to $13,940 for fraternities and $3,350 to $17,095 for sororities. The food plan for Live-Out Sorority members was $3,350 for the year.
