University Shuttle Service

Washington & Lee offers shuttle service to and from airports during the academic year.  Shuttles are for students only.  More information regarding the shuttle service and making reservations for travel can be found HERE.

The Maury Express

The Maury Express is a public transit service that serves Lexington, Buena Vista, and Rockbridge County. It operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Riders pay a fare of 50 cents upon boarding, except Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute students, who ride free upon presentation of a valid student ID card.

Virginia Breeze

The Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation is teaming up with Megabus to launch bus service between Blacksburg and Washington, D.C., with a handful of stops in between, including Lexington. The route will start on Dec. 1, 2017, running daily between Blacksburg and Washington, D.C. The bus stops at the Food Lion in Stonewall Square heading north at 9:45 am and heading south at 2:00 pm.

Transportation Services

NYC Shuttle

The NYC Shuttle travels between New York City and Charlottesville three days per week. There is a full schedule available on their website. (434) 295-0782
