Samuel Amasa Wilmoth, B.A., Class of 2007 Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award Biography

Sam is from Wheeling, West Virginia, and was a sociology/anthropology major. In addition to being the head dormitory counselor, he was a member of the Celebrating Student Success and Student Affairs Committees, Joyful Noise, and the University Chorus. He was an active participant in the Shepherd Program for the Interdisciplinary Study of Poverty and Human Capability, holding positions on the Advisory Board, Selection Committee, and Public Relations Committee. Following graduation, Sam will attend Cornell Law School to pursue a career in public interest law.
