Doremus-Warner Athletics Center

After construction of the natatorium, the main gymnasium complex consisting of Doremus Gym and the Warner Center will be completely renovated and air‐conditioned. The impressive, columned exterior of Doremus Gym, built in 1914 and facing the core campus, will be preserved. The Warner Center's current massive brick, windowless walls will be wrapped in an entirely new façade designed to be welcoming, as well as an attractive backdrop to the planned Washington Street park.
