Center for Global Learning
Construction of a new $13.5 million Center for Global Learning, incorporating a renovated duPont Hall, began during summer 2014. The facility will house classrooms, seminar rooms and instructional labs framed by an atrium, garden, courtyard and international tea shop to encourage student-faculty interaction and provide a venue for special events and exhibits. It will also contain offices for language departments, visiting international scholars and the Office of International Education. State-of-the-art technologies will link the campus with faculty and students around the world and at partner universities abroad. Completion of the center depends on raising the remaining $1.5 million of the cost.
