After over a decade working in congregational ministry, I felt drawn to the counseling field when I recognized the importance of addressing the needs of the whole person for true wellness. As a counselor, it is my desire to guide people towards healing by helping them overcome external and internal barriers so they can experience liberation and embrace their most authentic selves. Taking a humanistic approach, I integrate empathetic listening with evidence-based techniques, fostering a supportive environment where clients can explore their values, emotions, and personal goals.
