With a background in theatre performance, I incorporate creativity into my work. I encourage students to be mindful of their somatic (body) sensations and help build their emotional vocabulary. By using the person-centered value of unconditional positive regard, I strive to hold space for students to freely express themselves while feeling supported and cared for in the process. It takes an incredible amount of courage to share a story, and I feel honored every time students trusts me to accompany them on their growth journey.
