Leslie Frederick joined Washington and Lee University as the Assistant to the Associate Dean of the Williams School/Program Coordinator for the Johnson Program in the fall of 2019. In this role, Leslie works with members of the Williams School Dean’s Office and faculty to offer analytical and administrative support regarding accreditation, faculty evaluations, and facilities management in addition to coordinating the travel and operations of the Associate Dean. For the Johnson Program, Leslie coordinates student summer opportunities and funding, plans events, serves as the liaison for on and off campus partners, and manages the program’s communications, budgets, and data reporting.

Prior to this position at W&L, Leslie worked as a graduate assistant for Baylor University in the Center for Christian Music Studies. Leslie holds a B.S. in Music Education with a focus on choral music from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL, and a M.M. in Church Music with a thesis concentration from Baylor University in Waco, TX. She currently resides in Roanoke, VA, with her husband, Grant, where they enjoy hiking, learning new things, and participating in music-related activities.
