Joy Swartz Administrative Assistant II in Accounting and Politics

In January 2009, Joy started out at W&L in the Human Resources office as an administrative assistant. She began in the Environmental Studies department in October 2012, and in July 2015 began working with the Williams School Dean’s Office as the administrative assistant to the Associate Dean along with her role in ENV STU. In 2018 Joy took on the role as administrative assistant to the Accounting and Politics departments.

She enjoys working at W&L and hopes to continue here until she is able to retire — which is still a number of years away!
