The Campus Kitchen Prepared Meals Program delivers ready-to-eat meals to organizations and individuals around Rockbridge County. Each week student volunteers recover leftover food from W&L Dining facilities and cook fresh produce from local farmers to make delicious and nutritious meals. These meals are then served at local community partners or delivered directly to the homes of individuals facing food insecurity in our community. In addition to offering much needed food assistance, this program offers the opportunity for students to connect with members of the Lexington and Rockbridge community in ways they otherwise may not have.

Thanks to the support of the W&L Dining program, Campus Kitchen serves upwards of 300 meals per week! You can find our meals at these local community partners:

Community Table of Rockbridge (Wednesday and Friday lunch)

Magnolia Center

Rockbridge Area Relief Association

Bridge2Hope Food Pantry

Virginia Institute for Autism - Lexington Day School

We also offer deliveries directly to individuals homes located in Lexington, Buena Vista, and Glasgow. To sign up for these weekly meal deliveries, you can contact Ryan Brink at (540)458-874.
