Redlining BEYOND Housing: Its Impact on Health and Wealth Monday 3/21 | 6:00 pm | Zoom Lecture

Join CKWL for a lecture by Odette Miller of Financial Remedy and Associates LLC. Mrs. Miller will discuss the historical legacy of redlining, and the modern day effects on individuals' health and wealth. The lecture will take place over Zoom with a screening in the Hillel Multipurpose room. 

About Odette Miller:

Odette Miller is the President of Financial Remedy & Assoc., LLC. Her vision is to promote and establish an awareness concerning the importance of being financially savvy. Her mission is to identify those who are faced with the challenges of trying to figure out where they should begin with their quest for financial freedom. One of her mottos is “Reach One, Teach One”. She uses her degree in accounting to bring about change in underserved communities. She volunteers with various Non-Profit Organizations by way of facilitating Financial Literacy Workshops to the communities that these organizations service.

Mrs. Miller has 10+ years of tax preparation, 7+ years of repairing and rebuilding a clients’ financial foundation, and 500+ volunteer hours. As a perpetual student, Mrs. Miller continuously brings the latest financial methods for handling one’s finances. Thus, improving the financial outlook for those who are at a disadvantage to achieve financial stability.
In addition to her zeal for spreading sound information about financial literacy, Mrs. Miller also enjoys reading, nature, volunteering, cooking, traveling, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
