Fran Elrod is the Associate Director.  She joined the program in July 2006.  Prior to coming to Washington and Lee, Fran worked for the Rockbridge Area Community Services Board, worked extensively with troubled youth on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona and New Mexico, and is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
