Jennifer partners with Dean Kimber in all matters related to faculty affairs including searches and hiring contracts in the College, Tenure & Promotion candidate files, Faculty Activity Reports (FARs), Pre-Tenure and Sabbatical Leaves, Lenfest Reports, Professorship Appointments, Department & Program Head Appointment updates, Assurance of Learning Reports, and manages faculty housing applications and placement notification as well other faculty related matters. Jennifer is the College System Administrator for Watermarks Faculty Success Reviews, Tenure and Promotions, and Faculty Accomplishments (FARs). She is the point of contact for Watermark related questions and guidance for all faculty within the College.
