UBA Appeal 1

The University Board of Appeals (UBA) by a majority vote (2-0) found no grounds to hear an appeal submitted by a Greek organization of a finding by the Interfraternity Council. Accordingly, the original findings and sanctions of the IFC were imposed immediately.

• Found responsible for violation of social probation.  Placed on critical probation, social probation extended and participation in educational programs required.

The decision by the UBA is final.
