UBA Decisions, 2013-2014

UBA Appeal 1

The University Board of Appeals (UBA) found no grounds to hear an appeal request submitted by an undergraduate student by majority vote (3-1).  Accordingly, the original findings and sanctions of the Student Judicial Council were imposed immediately.

• Suspension beginning Winter Term 2014 with earliest readmission to be Spring Term 2014.

The decision by the UBA is final.

UBA Appeal 2

The University Board of Appeals (UBA) found no grounds to hear an appeal submitted by an undergraduate student by a majority vote (2-1).  Accordingly, the original findings and sanctions of the Student Judicial Council were imposed immediately.

• Suspension for remainder of Spring Term 2014 with earliest reinstatement to be Fall Term 2014

The decision by the UBA is final.

 

UBA Appeal 3

The University Board of Appeals (UBA) found no grounds to hear an appeal submitted by a law student by a majority vote (2-0).  Accordingly, the original findings and sanctions of the SFHB were imposed immediately.

• Suspension for the 2014-2015 academic year with earliest reinstatement to be Fall Term 2015.

The decision by the UBA is final.
