SFHB Decisions, 2014-2015

On November 20, 2014, the Student Faculty Hearing Board (SFHB) met to consider an allegation against an undergraduate student of non-consensual sexual intercourse in violation of the University's Interim Sexual Harassment and Misconduct Policy.

The SFHB thoroughly reviewed the investigative report, appendices, and asked follow-up questions of the investigators and heard directly from the complainant and the respondent. By a vote of 3-1, the Board found a violation of the policy and the respondent was dismissed from Washington and Lee effective immediately.
