Clark Simcoe is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) affiliated with the University Health Center since 2022. He completed his B.S. from Washington and Lee University and M.S. in Nutrition from Bastyr University. Prior to moving back to Lexington, he worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital and The Children’s Hospital of Colorado. Clark works collaboratively with the Student Health Center, Student Counseling Center, Dining Services, Athletics, and Office of Health Promotion in order to improve the health and wellbeing of both individual students and of the entire campus. He is experienced in navigating topics including: food allergies, sports nutrition, patterns of disordered eating, gastrointestinal diagnoses, and other medical diagnoses with nutrition related implications.
