"I've been a nurse for almost 20 years, seven of them at W&L. I really enjoy working at the Student Health Center and getting to know all of our students. Being a health resource for them as they navigate being away from home for the first time is my favorite part of the job. Away from work I am a parent of two, we have dogs and cats, a guinea pig and many fish. A full vegetable garden and wildflower beds keep me busy outside. I love to read and cook, and my favorite place is sitting on the screened porch enjoying a quiet view." - Susan Guida
