Student Employment

All applicants must:

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have not been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Complete a Defensive Driver course established through Public Safety
• Be available to work all three shifts: Driver, Dispatcher, and Monitor
• Be in good standing with the University
• Have completed a minimum of 12 weeks of school at W&L
• Complete required tax forms and establish direct deposit with the University Business Office

Traveller usually hires twice per year: October and early March. During this time, Campus Notices and various promotion materials across campus will highlight the required application process. Interested students can simply email the Traveller Steering Committee and request an application. After an in-person interview, final selections are made.
