Wellness Retreat
The Wellness Retreat is an introduction into the facets of wellness to develop the holistic college student. We will travel to a nearby adventure center where we will participate in group activities designed to inspire new students to develop their own wellness journey. The week will be full of indoor and outdoor activities such as a nature hike, ropes course, zip-lining, star-gazing, yoga, cooking class, spa-day, and workshops about self-care and wellness. This program is designed for anyone, no prior skills or experience are necessary! Join us to develop habits to help you be successful and make lasting friendships!
