Bryan Price is the Assistant Provost of Accreditation & Institutional Research. He serves as a member of the Provost’s Leadership team and oversees the University's accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). He also leads institutional research and reporting functions, coordinates federal IPEDS and Virginia SCHEV reporting mandates, and coordinates external reporting efforts not managed directly by other offices. Additionally, he supports Washington and Lee University's institutional effectiveness efforts and manages the University’s annual compliance with the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).

Price has over 25 years in the planning, accreditation, assessment, and institutional effectiveness profession at both public and private institutions, has authored multiple accountability position statements for distribution to state legislators, and has directed numerous institutional decennial and interim accreditation efforts. He has chaired the W&L Institutional Review Board for Research with Human Subjects since July 2013 and is a member of both the President’s Council and the Faculty Administrators Evaluation Committee (FAEC). Before beginning his career in higher education, Price completed an 8,000-hour apprenticeship, earning an HVAC specialist certification.
