Breanndán Ó Beaglaoich, traditional Irish musician from Dingle, writer, activist, lover of the ocean
We are very honored to have Breanndán Ó Beaglaoich (also known as Brendan Begley) coming to play for and talk to us. Breanndán, an accordion player, is an important part of Irish music. He has four very well-received solo albums in addition to his recordings with Boys of the Lough and Beginish. Breanndán will share his love for traditional Irish music as well as talk about his grassroots activism in Gaeltacht, or Gaelic-speaking, Ireland, and using art to communicate.
