War of the Roses January 23, 2016: Johnson Theater

The W&L Department of Theater, Dance and Film Studies will host a performance by Sweet Wag Shakespeare, the Mary Baldwin College MFA Program theater company, of Shakespeare's War of the Roses.  The play is a condensed version of Shakespeare's four history plays about the reigns of Henry VI and Richard III -- the period of English history known as the War of the Roses.  The performance will be held at 2 pm in the Johnson Theater at the Lenfest Center on Saturday, January 23.  Tickets are not required.
