Seminar Participants

To foster a community of shared intellectual endeavor, and to cultivate a deeper involvement with the material, we invite students, faculty and staff to join our core group of "seminar participants." Seminar participants will be invited to attend the luncheon meetings with visiting speakers. They will also participate in the additional sense-making meetings. Seminar participants will be expected to attend a majority of the events, and they will be asked to take on particular leadership roles at events.

Student leadership

The formation of a group of committed seminar participants is meant to reflect the student-centered organization of the seminar series. Students who are seminar participants may be asked to assume leadership roles in the luncheon discussion and the subsequent sense-making events.
