Adjusting Release Dates for SPoT Surveys

Instructor - Faculty member teaching course

By default, all surveys will be available to students at 8AM on the day the SPoT survey window opens. If Instructors would like to adjust dates, they may do so by connecting with the administrative assistant (Administrator) in their department. The administrative assistant (Administrator) will be able to adjust release dates for SPoT surveys within the Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys system during the adjustment window. Instructions to complete this can be found below:

Adjusting Dates as an Administrator

Once the SPoT survey window opens, students will receive an automated email with a list of all available surveys. The list will include the date surveys open and close for each course, along with a link to access all surveys. Students will be able to access surveys in two ways:

through the automated email received at the beginning of the survey window; or
logging in directly to Canvas.
