Holistic Teaching Assessment Committee

The Holistic Teaching Assessment Committee (HTAC) is a standing committee to conduct ongoing evaluation and revision of the holistic framework for formative and summative assessment of teaching effectiveness, including the Student Perceptions of Teaching (SPoT) survey. Elected faculty to the HTAC will serve three-year terms, and no more than one faculty member from a department or program may serve at the same time. This new standing committee should be comprised of seven elected faculty members:

Three College representatives:

  • Karla Murdock (2025-2028)
  • Maddie Coleman - Physical Education and Athletics (2025-2028)

Two Williams School representatives:

  • Gavin Fox (2025-2028)
  • Elisabeth Gilbert (2025-2028)

Two undergraduate at-large representatives:

  • Margaret Ann Hinkle (2025-2028)
  • Julie Woodzicka (2025-2028)
