Angela Sun joined the W&L philosophy department in 2022 as an Assistant Professor. She is chapter advisor for W&L's chapter of Minorities And Philosophy (MAP).

Professor Sun’s research is about commitment and integrity. Her writing focuses on the binding force of commitments, the relationship between integrity and self-governance, and the effects of incoherence on our psychology and our agency. She also has research interests in social philosophy and aesthetics.

Professor Sun teaches courses in ethics, social philosophy, and decision theory.
