Gabriel Pickett

Gabriel Pickett graduated with his Bachelor degree from Temple University in 2015. Still unsure on what he wanted to do with his career, he worked several jobs before going back to Temple to receive his Master's degree. While in graduate school, he was afforded the opportunity to work with the NFL Players Association, in the Player Services department, working directly with NFL Players and various NFL Sponsorship partners. He also took part in the United States Olympic Committee's F.L.A.M.E. (Finding Leaders Amongst Minorities Everywhere) program. Gabriel began working at Washington and Lee University in January of 2019 as the Assistant Director of Recruitment, Diversity Initiatives and has since gone on to become the Assistant Director of Employer Development.
