In an ongoing commitment to develop an inclusive environment for people of all genders, Washington and Lee University has begun to designate certain restrooms on campus as All-Genders Restrooms.

A weekly confidential support group held off-campus for those questioning or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity.

A variety of books and pamphlets are available in the Resource Center.

Thanks to the generosity of a W&L alumni, this new award recognizes a student that shows outstanding leadership to improve the lives of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or queer communities on the Washington and Lee campus and/or in the surrounding local area.  The first Community Catalyst Award will be presented at the 2018 LEAD Banquet.
