Senior Recital: Nat Bersett, bass

Nat Bersett, bass, is a music major from New Wilmington, Pennsylvania. He will begin his senior recital with the fiery aria, "Sorge infausta una procella" from the Handel opera, Orlando. Four selections from Schwanengesang, a set of 14 songs composed by Franz Schubert, will follow. After singing the lyrically pleading aria, "Si la regeur et la vangeance" from Halevy's opera, "La Juive," Bersett will perform five songs by Finnish composer, Toivo Kuula. He will conclude the recital with a swinging set of jazz standards. He is a student of Dr. Gregory Parker.
