Romantic Masterpieces for Cello and Piano, a collaborative recital by pianist Ting-Ting Yen and her husband, Isaac Melamed, cellist. Yen and Melamed will present two of the most beloved works in the cello/piano repertoire: Brahms' Cello Sonata in E Minor, Op. 38 and Rachmaninoff's Cello Sonata in G Minor, Op. 19. From tragedy and sorrow to triumphant euphoria, these masterpieces illuminate the entire spectrum of human emotion.
