FALL CHORAL CONCERT

featuring the University Singers, Men’s Glee Club and Catatrici

Enjoy an evening of choral music presented by the University Singers, Men’s Glee Club and Cantatrici under the direction of guest conductor Morgan Luttig ’14, a graduate of the W&L Conducting Mentorship program who will lead the program while Dr. Lynch is on sabbatical for the year. This concert will be an extension of the Parents and Family Weekend Choral Concert, featuring Cantatrici and the Men’s Glee Club exploring the realm of vocal jazz and traditional mixed choral repertoire, in addition to pieces for individual choirs. The University Singers will perform choral stylings from medieval to modern choral music, including pieces from their upcoming Scotland tour set. The concert will culminate in a performance by the combined W&L choirs embracing the bluegrass style of the Shenandoah Valley.
