A pair of European works, including Johannes Brahms’ powerful Violin Sonata in D Minor, Op. 108, and Robert Schumann’s engaging Five Pieces in Folk Style for Cello and  Piano, Op. 102.  The concert will end with the rousing Latin rhythms of Astor Piazzolla’s Four Seasons of Buenos Aires.
