Dana Fredericks' AERIAL Dance Master Class

Dana Fredericks graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2012 with a major in chemistry-engineering and a minor in dance specializing in the aerial arts. The focus of Fredericks' dance minor was aerial silks—performing in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Washington, D.C., and New York City. She studied intensively at the International Aerial Dance Festival in Boulder, Colorado. Fredericks has taught numerous courses and Master Classes on the silks. She often returns to W&L to perform in the W&L Repertory Dance Company. After W&L, Fredericks pursued a master's in environmental engineering from Virginia Tech and received her MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently works for an environmental engineering consulting firm in Richmond, Virginia.
