The Lenfest Season Student Selection Voting Platform was created to give students a meaningful voice in selecting the performances that come to W&L's Lenfest Center. Our guiding principle is simple: voice leads to attendance. Students can participate quickly and conveniently without having to set aside additional time in their day. The result was a more accessible, efficient and student-centered approach to gathering input for the Lenfest season.

Created to celebrate the rich heritage and uplifting melodies of South African gospel music, the three-time Grammy Award and Emmy Award-winning Soweto Gospel Choir has traveled around the world to inspire audiences with its powerful harmonies, colorful costumes, and synchronized movement. Their soul-stirring performance features traditional South African freedom songs, gospel, and modern classics such as Aretha Franklin.
