Women and Girls Day Tea Ceremony W&L Chanoyu Tea Society
The W&L Chanoyu Tea Society will be hosting a Women and Girls Day tea ceremony, Saturday, March 3, 2018 in the Japanese Tea Room, Senshin’an, located in the Watson Pavilion at Washington & Lee University. In celebration of Women’s History Month, all are invited. Students will perform a traditional tea ceremony and serve sweets and tea. On display will be a doll collection donated to the Department of East Asian Languages and Literatures. There will be three seatings: 1:00, 1:30 and 2:00. Individual tickets for this event are free, but required. Tickets will be available February 12, 2018 and may be picked up from the Reeves Center between 9-4, Monday through Friday.
