Gifts to the University by Payroll Deduction
Follow the Workday procedure below to set up or modify existing payroll donations.
1. Click the Benefits Application on your homepage.
2. From the Change column, select "Benefits".
3. Select "Voluntary Development Payroll Deduction - Annual Fund", enter the date you would like the deduction to begin (Benefit Event Date) and click Submit. Please ignore the request for Attachments.
4. Click "Open" then, "Let's Get Started".
5. Click "Enroll".
6. Choose "Select" to start a donation or change the dollar amount. Choose "Waive" to stop an existing deduction. If you would like your donation to go to something different than the Annual Fund, see the note about contacting Sandy Beverly.
7. Enter your updated dollar amount and click "Save".
8. Click "Review and Sign".
9. Review your elections below and check the "I Accept" box and "Submit". Please ignore the request for Attachments.
10. Success you're enrolled!
