Research Computing


The ITS department of Washington and Lee University is pleased to be able to offer a wide range of research computing services to faculty and students for academic classes, research and grant-funded projects. We have compiled this website to provide information about some of the various research technologies currently in use throughout campus.

ACCESS (The Advanced Cyberinfrastructure Coordination Ecosystem: Services & Support) is an NSF-funded virtual system designed to share high performance computing resources and services with researchers.
