Computer and Device Support

Faculty and Staff Device Support

ITS provides computers for use by full-time faculty and staff. ITS will consult with faculty and staff every four years to ensure computers are adequate for their needs.

Student Device Support

The ITS Help Desk provides limited support for personally owned computers, smartphones and tablets include: minor repairs, wireless network configuration, e-mail and installation of W&L-licensed software.

Multifunction Printer-Copiers

ITS provides access to printing, copying and scanning through multi-purpose BizHub devices. Functions available include: color, black-and-white and duplex printing and copying; scan to PDF document; printing from on-campus computers; and remote printing.

Software Delivery and Configuration

ITS licenses Microsoft Office for all faculty, staff and students. Additionally, discipline- and department-specific applications are available through the myVI virtual infrastructure.
