Can I use this process to enroll in Duo?
Yes, you can setup your Duo Multi-Factor Authentication at this point by following the on-screen prompts. We suggest you first visit the Duo Multi-Factor Authentication FAQ page at Duo Multi-Factor Authentication FAQ to learn more about the product, process and requirements before beginning. Once ready, you can follow the enrollment link provided on that page or return to your Okta settings to enroll.
Why am I seeing an Okta password has expired notice?
Typically this is due to one of two factors:
- You contacted ITS to request a manual reset, giving you a temporary password. You now must change your password upon first login, giving you a final password known only to you.
- You missed all the warnings regarding your required annual password reset date and your account has expired. You now must create a new password.
