1. Go to go.wlu.edu/dl
2. While on the "Groups I belong to" tab, locate the group you want to leave.
3. Select the group
4. Click the "Leave Group" button/link

Note: some distribution lists are configured to not allow self-service removal. If you are unable to remove yourself, please reach out to the ITS Helpdesk.
