Duo - Add a New Authentication Method

1. Log in at http://duoselfservice.wlu.edu then authenticate as you would normally do.

  • Users can choose to add a new phone with the same number or a new phone with a new number. Follow the prompts to get set up.
  • Users can also choose to add a new device by clicking "Add a device."

2. Add a new device and select from available options.
