Suite A - Sample Preparation (Parmly Hall 202A)

The sample prep room is available to anyone working in the instrumentation suites.

This room contains a Cressington Gold Sputter Coater and a Leica EM carbon coater for the scanning electron microscope.

The room also houses equipment for staining and sectioning samples for light microscopy. It is outfitted with sinks, but not a fume hood. If your sample preparation requires the use of volatile or dangerous chemicals, you will need to arrange to use a hood in another part of the Science Center.
